As HR Director of Talent Management, Kendra plays a key role in the development, implementation and enhancement of HR initiatives and programs, while ensuring all aspects of Human Resources are aligned with the firm’s strategic goals, vision and values. Working closely with the partner group and staff across the firm, she takes pride in driving best practice initiatives, increasing internal efficiencies, ensuring fairness and consistency and fostering an environment where people truly enjoy working at DMCL.

Prior to obtaining her CPHR designation in 2011, Kendra completed her Bachelor of Business Administration degree, specializing in Human Resources, from Capilano University in 2008. Outside of work, Kendra loves to travel the world, having been to over 18 countries—and counting! Some of her most memorable vacation spots are Maui, Vietnam, Japan, Bali, Turkey and Greece.
