His expertise includes providing tax planning and compliance services for a wide variety of clients including Canadian entities expanding into the US, Canadians investing in US business and real estate, and US citizens residing in Canada. His prior projects include US-Canada cross-border ownership strategies, US federal and state tax voluntary disclosures, appealing IRS tax penalties and US citizenship expatriation.
Jay received his Bachelor of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and his Accounting degree from the University of British Columbia.
