His prior projects include US-Canada cross-border ownership strategies, US federal and state tax voluntary disclosures, appealing IRS tax penalties and US citizenship expatriation.
Jay received his Bachelor of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and his Accounting degree from the University of British Columbia.
