Chris leads the Valuations group at DMCL. He has extensive knowledge and experience performing valuations for financial reporting and tax purposes. His services include standard business valuations, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment tests, stock option valuation, fairness opinions, and many other valuation-related services. He has performed valuation work for both public and private companies across multiple industries, including but not limited to: technology, telecommunications, agriculture, renewable energy and pulp & paper.
Prior to working in valuations, Chris spent 3 years working as an auditor. He holds a CBV and CPA designation and obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accountancy from Concordia University in Montreal. Outside of work, Chris has a passion for music, cooking, travelling, running, and tennis.
