Sophie has built back-office infrastructures from the ground up for businesses that grew from single locations into full-fledged franchises. Her experience spans restaurants, retail, short-term rentals, and commission-based operations—industries that demand tight integration between QBO, POS, CRM, and inventory systems. She’s skilled at identifying process bottlenecks and using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, and VBA to prototype automations or source the right tech partners to bring them to life.
