Kathleen is a Senior Manager in DMCL’s Standards and Guidance group, where she provides standards and quality assurance to the firm’s assurance teams and assists in maintaining the firm’s system of quality management. Before joining DMCL in 2023, she worked at a big four accounting firm with experience in the financial services industry, primarily working with marketable securities, private equity, and infrastructure investments. She has provided services to companies across multiple industries, including mining, renewable energy, insurance, and banking.

Prior to obtaining her CPA designation in 2019, Kathleen completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in 2018. Outside of the office, Kathleen can be found enjoying the outdoors with friends hiking, camping, and skiing.
