Chris leads the Valuations group at DMCL. He has extensive knowledge and experience performing valuations for M&A, financial reporting, tax, and litigation purposes. His services include standard business valuations, expert reports, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment tests, stock option valuation, fairness opinions, and many other valuation-related services. He has performed valuation work for both public and private companies across multiple industries, including but not limited to, technology, agriculture, manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, restaurants, grocery stores, professional services, and construction.

Prior to working in valuations, Chris spent three years working as an auditor. He holds a CBV and CPA designation and obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accountancy from Concordia University in Montreal. Outside of work, Chris has a passion for music, cooking, travelling, running, and tennis.
