DMCL Chartered Professional Accountants is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Vancouver office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills and a can-do attitude!
As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities will include the following:
Answer, screen and direct telephone calls;
Meet and greet clients;
Book and set up boardrooms for meetings and conferences;
Scan and file documents according to company guidelines;
Manage faxes, mail and courier services;
Ensure the reception area, lunchroom, stationary and filing areas are tidy;
Complete other office duties and special projects as required by staff.
Qualifications, Skills & Personal Attributes
Previous experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a professional services firm.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client service;
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal;
Ability to manage time and adhere to strict deadlines;
Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
Outstanding problem solving skills,
Intermediate MS Office computer skills, including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.
The standard schedule for this position is Monday to Friday. You may be required to work excess hours during busy season.
