Our application process.
The first step in our application process is for you to submit an application. While most of our roles don’t require a cover letter, we always encourage applicants to include one as they’re a good way to stand out from the competition and to share why you’re a great fit for our team.
If you appear to be a good fit and we have a role available, you’ll be contacted for a phone screen that will take place with a member of our HR team.
Once all of the phone screens for the role have been completed, we create a shortlist of candidates. If your name made it onto the shortlist, you’ll be contacted by HR for an interview.
Our interviews are approximately 30 minutes and will be conducted by HR and a manager or partner senior to the role. In some cases, there may be a second interview step. In both scenarios, HR will contact you after your interview to provide an update on your application status.
If you left a good impression during your interview and rose to the top of the candidate pool, HR will reach out and ask you to provide the contact information of 2-3 previous employers whom you’d like to use as references.
If we’ve determined you’re a great fit for the team, we’ll contact you to congratulate you and communicate the details of your job offer.
