With December around the corner, many of us are looking for ways to reconnect with colleagues and have a little bit of fun celebrating the holidays together.
The decision of whether or not to host a staff holiday party is ultimately up to you and the best fit for your company culture as long as you comply with the COVID-19 health and safety guidelines provided by the regional, provincial and federal health authorities to protect those attending the event. Failure to comply with the health and safety guidelines may result in violation tickets and fines.
Be mindful that some individuals may not attend due to personal circumstances (i.e. unvaccinated or at-risk family members) and comfort levels, and it’s important to respect their decision.
