WILFRED A. JACOBSON, CA


Wilf is married with two adult children and has lived in Maple Ridge B.C. since joining a predecessor firm as a partner in 1976. He has always been active in community organizations and has served on the boards of a private school, service club, sports organizations, power squadron and charity foundation.

Thirty-five years of public practice has resulted in Wilf acquiring an extensive business knowledge which he uses to assist owners of privately owned companies with business, financial and taxation issues.

 

FRASER G. ROSS, CA


Fraser graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1989 and obtained his CA designation in 1993 with a regional CA firm. Fraser's client base consists of a variety of entities including small to medium sized owner-managed businesses, professionals, and charitable and not-for-profit organizations. Fraser has enjoyed assisting many clients on business acquisitions and dispositions while providing personal and corporate tax advice.

 

BRIAN A. SHAW, CA


Brian is a resident of Coquitlam and immigrated to Canada from Australia in 1987, after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business. He began his articling with our Port Coquitlam predecessor firm, Jacobson Soda in 1991, received his designation as a Chartered Accountant in 1994, and became a partner with the predecessor firm in 1998.

Brian is experienced in numerous areas of public practice including:

  • accounting and auditing for small/medium sized corporations
  • accounting and auditing for "Not for Profit" entities
  • personal, corporate and estate taxation
  • non-resident compliance requirements
  • scientific research and experimental development claims
