DMCL is a Chartered Accountant Training Office (CATO). As a CATO office, we adhere to specific training requirements as set out by the Institute of Chartered Accountants.  The training requirements include bi-annual reviews, on the job training, compentency enhancements and a strong mentorship program.  DMCL also trains Certified Management Accountants and Certified General Accountants.

DMCL takes pride in its role as a training office for future professionals in accountancy. DMCL believes that the strength of a formal learning environment working side by side with professional accountants enhances professional judgment, demonstrates professional values and ethics, and promotes a sense of being part of an exciting and dynamic profession.

Working, studying and writing professional exams is not easy. At DMCL, we provide an environment with mentorship throughout a student’s experience requirements. These mentors review progress through the professional program and assist the student through the examination process.
